The Obsidian Drill is a tool added with the SteamCraft mod. It is the 5th strongest normal Drill, preceeded by the Iron Drill and succeeded by the Diamond and Etherium Drills. The Obsidian Drill, like other Drills, can mine through Stone, Dirt, and Gravel faster than the Obsidian Pickaxe and Obsidian Shovel. However, it is unable to mine through any Ore block higher than Iron Ore. Like all Obsidian Tools, the Obsidian Drill has a slightly altered design to it's counterparts. In this case, it's treads converge to the point, rather than spiralling round the Drill.
Recipe-
The obsidian drill is crafted from eight Obsidian Slate arranged on a 3x3 crafting grid. The final slot, in the lower left corner, should contain a stick.
